**Development after 3\C opening bid**
  
Remember that the 3\C opening bid shows at least 5 cards in each minor and promises 4 to 6 (Roman) losers. The responses are:

Opener's rebids 

|3\C - 3\D | raise gently with 4 losers |
|3\C - 3\H or 3\S|Opener starts by showing which Major suits he controls, Step 1 = \H control, Step 2 = \s control, Step 3 = both controlled    |


|3\C - 4\C or 4\D| pass or raise

If there is interference over the 3\h or 3\s response, then the steps for showing controls apply as long as the overall is no higher than our trump suit at the 5 level -1  Example 3\C p 3\S 4S steps applies.
